Read the biographies below to get to know some of our wonderful team members a bit better.
Eppifany will be one of the first friendly faces that greets you at our practice! She started her career as a dental assistant and received her associate’s degree from Carrington College. When she isn’t making memories with her big family, she is almost always down to shop.
Felicia studied dental hygiene at Delta College and is an RDH. She also has experience as an orthodontic assistant! Here in Lansing, she clearly sees that the value of oral hygiene goes far beyond just a nice smile. It also has a direct impact on helping people live healthier lives. She really enjoys getting to know her patients over time and never knowing what each day will bring. Away from work, her biggest interests are crafting, hunting, and spending quality time outdoors.
Morgan studied dental hygiene at Kellogg Community College, and she is certified in CPR, nitrous oxide, and local anesthesia. Today, she’s been a part of the dental world for over ten years. She really enjoys meeting new people and spending time in this dental office’s wonderful atmosphere! Outside of work, she has two wonderful parents, one older sister, and a fur baby, Zena. In her spare time, you can typically find her listening to live music, riding rollercoasters, and trying new things. Here’s something you might not know about her: she loves horror movies!
Jodi has been working in the dental world for nearly five years and is Five Star Certified with the Scheduling Institute. She really enjoys speaking with all of our patients and making sure their needs are met! At home, she and her husband Kyle have two cats named Bubba and Tiger. Outside of working hours, she really loves watching true crime documentaries, learning about history, going to museums, bowling, and relaxing outside in the summer. You may be surprised to find out that she has a pretty serious fear of rubber bands.
Tina has been in the dental field for over 35 years, and she has completed a number of continuing education classes during her career. In her current position as our treatment coordinator, she loves having the chance to speak with various patients and work alongside her amazing coworkers. She has two adult children that she enjoys spending time with. She really loves nature and often goes hiking and birding.
Maddy has well over four decades of experience in the dental field and has always loved every minute of it. Having grown up in Brooklyn, NY, she went to study at Brooklyn Community College in New York City to earn her certification and spent much of her time gaining on-the-job experience. Today, she appreciates working with great coworkers and leaders, and she’s constantly excited to help others. At home, Maddy likes to spend time reading, watching movies, and being with her family and loved ones. She’s also involved in her church and loves to serve her community.
Rachel began her dental career at the age of 16, working as a patient chart filing clerk. After graduating from high school, she was trained as a dental assistant. Today, she has more than three decades’ worth of dental experience. She considers herself privileged to be able to lead such an amazing team. She married her high-school sweetheart, and she has four sons as well as a daughter-in-law. She considers herself a hobby genealogist; when she has spare time, she likes to put together family trees for her friends and family members.
Originally from Lansing, Chloe attended Lansing Community College before becoming our Patient Care Coordinator. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with the kind and appreciative patients and working alongside a team of supportive coworkers who make the office environment positive and collaborative. Chloe and all of her family members are patients at Healthy Smiles Dental Care of Lansing, and she considers herself a woman of all trades. In her free time, she enjoys creating lasting memories with friends and family, going on adventures, shopping, and being creative!
Born and raised in Mason, MI, Nicole is currently studying at Lansing Community College for her undergraduate degree. She started right out of high school as a sterilization technician before moving on to becoming a dental assistant. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with her patients and helping them feel more comfortable during their visits. Away from the office, Nicole loves being with her family and friends, and she also enjoys things like painting, reading, crocheting, and doing her schoolwork.
Myia is a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant who recently joined the Healthy Smiles Dental Care team in Lansing. A proud graduate of Ross Medical Education Center’s Dental Assisting program, she is CPR certified and eager to build her skills while providing excellent care to every patient she meets.
Although new to the dental field, Myia brings a warm, patient-first attitude to the office every day. She finds great joy in helping patients feel at ease and values the opportunity to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
Originally from Lansing, Myia is deeply rooted in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places and creating memories with her daughter. Her greatest inspiration comes from her close-knit family, including her supportive parents, two brothers, and the cherished memory of her sister.
With a love for shopping and a heart for helping others, Myia is excited to begin her journey in dentistry and looks forward to the many opportunities ahead with the Healthy Smiles team.
